Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup of green grapes, halved
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • For the dressing:
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
    • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)

    • In a large bowl, combine the halved red and green grapes, chopped apples, and kiwis.
