  • For the crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

    • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • For the filling:
    • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • For the topping:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crust:
    • Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a round cake pan or a glass dish. Set in the fridge to chill while you prepare the filling.
  2. Make the filling:
    • In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until there are no lumps.
    • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is uniform.
