Ingredients:
- 400ml coconut milk
- 200g shrimp, peeled
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 500ml chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
