Baked cod with lemon and garlic

Ingredients:
4 whole cod (approximately 150 grams each)
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Lemon peel 1
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper aroma
Sliced lemon for garnish
Sliced fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease the baking dish with olive oil or coat it with nonstick cooking spray. Place the entire Code on the prepared plates and arrange them in the same order.
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, dried thyme, salt and pepper.
Pour the lemon-garlic mixture evenly over the stuffed cod, making sure it is well coated.
Place small lemon slices on top of each filling for extra flavor.
Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
