Ingredients:

  • For the Meatloaves:
    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 onion, finely chopped

    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • For the Glaze:
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Meat Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, milk, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Mix until all the ingredients are well blended without overworking the meat.
  3. Shape and Bake the Meatloaves:
    • Divide the mixture into 6-8 portions and shape each into a small loaf.
