Ingredients:

  • Chicken:
    • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Rice:

    • 2 cups chicken broth

    • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

  • Creamy Topping:
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Spicy Drizzle:
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Sriracha)
    • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
    • Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 20 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator).
