The best homemade sauce in the world
What is one of the signs of good condition? Gravy of course!
Or should I use the plural and say “sauce”? Who wouldn’t like a wide variety of sauces, whether at a taco truck or a crowded restaurant? There is often Tomatillo Salsa Verde, Red Pepper Salsa and my favorite, a fresh tomato salsa also known as Pico de Gallo or Salsa Fresco.Fresh tomato sauce is ideally prepared with firm, fleshy tomatoes. Of course, you can make the sauce with any type of tomato, but firm varieties such as Roma or greenhouse tomatoes are best.
If you use fresh chili, always taste it before adding it! Some peppers are hotter than others and you won’t know it until you taste them. Just take a small bait. This will help you estimate the spiciness of the peppers and give you a better idea of how much you need.
