Tuscan Salmon with Creamy Garlic Alfredo Penne

Ingredients:

For the Pasta & Salmon:

8 oz penne pasta

2 salmon fillets (skinless, cut into chunks)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic (minced)

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

For Garnish:

Fresh basil leaves

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.

2. Before draining, reserve ½ cup of pasta water to adjust the sauce later.

3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sear the Salmon

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Season the salmon chunks with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

3. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
