Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

 

1. **Preheat the Air Fryer:**
– Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

2. **Season the Chicken and Potatoes:**
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken and potatoes.
– Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
– Toss everything together until the chicken and potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.

3. **Cook in the Air Fryer:**
– Place the seasoned chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if necessary.
– Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy and golden.

4. **Garnish and Serve:**
– Once done, remove the chicken and potatoes from the air fryer.
– Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
