Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Crust

Ingredients:
• 21 pieces jumbo pasta
• 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
• 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided
• 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Cook large pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cottage cheese, soft chem cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and dried parsley. Mix well.
4. Add each layer of the cooked macaroni and cheese mixture to the prepared dish.
5. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, making sure everything is covered.
6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the Alfredo sauce.
7. Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crusts are heated through.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
