No-Bake Cheesecake

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan or a pie dish. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well incorporated.
    • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and even.
  3. Assemble the Dessert:
    • Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
    • If desired, add another layer of crushed graham crackers on top for extra texture.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the cheesecake sets.
  4. Serve:
    • Once set, slice and serve chilled. Optionally, you can garnish with more whipped cream or fresh fruit on top.
