Homecookin’ – Seafood Soup
This is a delicious seafood stew filled with fantastic ingredients. Without measures. Small pot? Fat fish? How big is your audience?
Ingredients:
Lobster mussels, shrimp, halibut, scallops, corn potatoes

Onions, fennel carrots
Sauté chopped onions, fennel, celery and carrots in a mixture of butter and olive oil.
Add 1 tablespoon flour and cover with hot seafood stock or vegetable stock.
Add the potato cubes.

And freshly grated corn (the heat of the stew will cook it)
When it is tender, add the seafood.
After cooking, add cream or half and half.Salt, pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper and
