Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red chili, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions:

  1. Marinate Chicken:
    • In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and stir to coat evenly.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
  2. Prepare Skewers:
    • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
    • Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
  3. Grill Chicken:
