Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Red chili, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
- Marinate Chicken:
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- Prepare Skewers:
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers.
- Grill Chicken:
