Heat a large frying pan or griddle to heat. Use cooking oil. Add the meat and vegetables to the pan, trying to place everything in the same layer if possible.
Cook the vegetables for 3 minutes without stirring, drain the water and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the peppers are browned and fully cooked and the vegetables are soft. NOTE
