Dole Pineapple Whisk
Ingredients
½ cup pineapple juice
2 cups canned pineapple, 350 grams
– add pineapple juice, frozen pineapple and ice on high speed.
Mixture – Cover and process on medium speed until thick and smooth, about 1 ½ to 2 ½ minutes. If necessary, add more pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon at a time.
To Serve – Immediately add a cup or cup. You can also transfer the mixture to a large starry bag. Seal the bag and freeze for about 30 minutes to dry but not harden. Remove the end of the bag and insert it into the food you want.

Cocoa milk usage: Replace the ice cream with ¼ to ⅓ cup unrefined coconut milk or coconut oil. Stir in pineapple juice.
Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag for up to 2 weeks. Thaw 20 to 30 minutes before serving so you can easily freeze or drain. Individual servings can be added to a scoopable bowl and refrigerated until ready to serve. Refund if you are not satisfied on the 1st day.
