Crock Pot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes
*Ingredients
°2 pounds green beans (washed and cleaned)
°1 pound potatoes (small red or yellow potatoes, chopped)
°4 strips bacon (thickly sliced, about ¼ pound ) °1 tablespoon dry chopped onion (or use 1 small to medium sweet yellow onion, finely chopped) °2 teaspoons garlic (minced) °½ teaspoon each, salt and pepper (chopped) to taste)

°3 cups chicken Broth
*Instructions
Measure out all the ingredients and add them to your slow cooker or slow cooker. Stir the ingredients and then put the lid on tightly.
2 pounds green beans, 1 pound potatoes, 4 strips bacon, 1 tablespoon dried chopped onions, 2 teaspoons garlic, ½ teaspoon each, salt and pepper, 3 cups chicken broth

Increase heat to high and cook 3 to Continue cooking over low heat for 4 hours, continuing to heat for 6 to 7 hours, or until the green beans and potatoes reach the desired level of tenderness.
When ready, serve immediately with a slotted spoon.
