Ingredients:

Instructions:
**Roasted Potatoes:**
1. **Preheat the Oven**:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. **Prepare the Potatoes**:
– In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

– Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
