Instructions:
- Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, oil (or melted butter), and sugar. Beat until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and stir until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
- Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
