Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.
