Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, finely chopped (optional, for extra flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Olive oil or butter for greasing

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease small oven-safe bowls or ramekins with olive oil or butter.
- Divide the chickpeas evenly among the bowls.

- Carefully place an egg yolk in the center of each bowl on top of the chickpeas.
