Aunt May’s Breakfast Cake
My daughter-in-law loves it for brunch and I ordered it immediately because of the recipe . No leftovers!

Aunt May’s Breakfast Cake:
Twelve large eggs required.

2.5 cups milk
0.5 cups cream
1 cup chopped ham
Eight cups cubed bread
a quarter teaspoon garlic powder

Two cups frozen potato croquettes, grated
1/4 cup chopped Chives 98 7
Shredded cheddar cheese (or two cups of your favorite cheese blend)
Instructions:
1.Grease a cake pan and set the oven temperature to 400°F.2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the fries and add the chopped garlic. Let it sit until it cools down.3. Assemble your breakfast package in this order: Place half of the bread cubes on top. Once the golden mixture has cooled, add the chopped ham, green onions and a cup of grated cheese. Stack the remaining

bread cubes on top.
4.In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper. Fifth: After greasing a cake pan, pour the batter into it and spread it evenly. After a few minutes we cover the pot with aluminum foil
