Ingredients:
- 1 lb imitation crab meat (surimi), chopped
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- ¾ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Chop the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the celery, bell pepper, and slice the green onions.
