Ingredients:

– 2 sirloin steaks (about 1 inch thick)
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges or fries
– 1 tsp paprika (optional)
– Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
2. Bake the potatoes for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
3. While the potatoes are baking, season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil.
4. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness.
5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the sliced sirloin steak with chips and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
