Taco Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
or 2 pounds lean ground beef
or 2 packages (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
or 4 cloves garlic, minced

or 1 tablespoon chili powder
or ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
or ½ cup water
or Cooking Spray
or 18 (6-inch) corn tortillas

or 1 jar (24 ounces) salsa
or 1 cup chopped chives
or 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
or 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
or 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

How to Make Taco Lasagna Recipe
- Place the ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned; flow. Season with taco seasoning, garlic, chili powder and cayenne pepper.Add the water, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
3.Place 6 tortillas in the prepared baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the tortillas. Spread half of the meat mixture evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle with half of the spring onions. Spoon half of the sour cream randomly over the green onions.Top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat the layers. Top with 6 tortillas, spread with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the cheese has melted in all layers.
