Super Spicy Lemon
INGREDIENTS
1 piece of baked bread (apple-9 to put on the plate) yellow food coloring (optional)

1/8 teaspoon lemon juice (for filling), or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
2/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
12 ounces heavy cream, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar (seasoning)

1 1/2 cups sweet cream (1 1/2 cup measure) 1 cup heavy whipping cream (e.g. as a Cold Whisk)
1 Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until light and thickened.
Allow to cool to room temperature for approximately 1 hour.

Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Add the cream/whipped cream and possibly 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (if using).
Remove 1/2 cup cream/cream mixture for garnish.
Divide the remaining cream/cream mixture into the baking dish.
Add a chilled lemon slice on top.

Store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, place 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a star.
Put a star on the cake, decorate with a special cheese mixture or however you wish.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve
