Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Ketchup Sauce
Ingredients:
Potatoes, sliced
. Dry the cake thoroughly with a clean cloth.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large deep frying pan to 190°C. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and soft, usually 5-7 minutes.
While the fries are cooking, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and other favorite seasonings in a large bowl.
Immediately remove the fries from the fryer and stir them into the spice mixture while they are still hot to season them thoroughly.
Serve immediately with your favorite ketchup or sauce.
Be careful when using hot oil and feel free to adjust the spice mixture to your taste. Enjoy the fun flavors and tastes of your potatoes!
