Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb. baby yellow potatoes

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp. dried thyme

1 tsp. dry shampoo

1 tsp. dried thyme

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:

Cut baby yellow potatoes in half or quarters (or leave whole if you prefer) and place in slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.

Heat the oil and stir the potatoes into the slow cooker, making sure each potato is well coated.

Close the lid and cook on high heat for 2-3 hours or on low heat for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.

When the potatoes are ready, pour in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts and coats the potatoes well.

Serve hot, optionally sprinkled with olive oil.
