Salted Caramel Mocha Bundt Cake
Ingredients
1 cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) chocolate mix
1 cup heavy cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 coffee, cold
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Cold/ high, split

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat the frying pan with cooking spray.
Put all the cake ingredients except the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl and beat first on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix the chocolate.
Bake for 50 – 55 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes and place it on a serving plate to cool completely.
Melt white chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds, stirring, until smooth. Place in a sandwich bag, seal the corners and sprinkle over the cake.
Melt the caramel and cream over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt. Sprinkle the top of the cake and sprinkle with the remaining salt.
