Reuben Crescent Bake

The best thing about the Reuben Crescent Bake recipe is that it is very easy to prepare. Simply roll out some dough into a crescent shape, top it with a layer of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, and pop it in the oven.
In just minutes you will have a delicious, filling meal that everyone will love.

Ingredients
o Can of chilled rolls
o 1 C. Drained sauerkraut
o ¼ C.Thousand Island Dressing
or ½ lb. Shredded Corned Beef
or 8 slices Swiss Cheese
How to make Reuben Crescent Bake
1. Place the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and divide in half.
2. Bring the perforated edges of the dough together.3. Roll out half of the dough into a rectangle about 30 cm long.
4. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper or a silicone mat and bake for 10 minutes.
5.Remove the crust from the oven and top with four slices of Swiss cheese.
6. Mix sauerkraut and thousand island dressing in a bowl.
7. Place the corned beef in layers on top of the Swiss cheese and spread the sauerkraut mixture on top.8. Top with four more slices of Swiss cheese.
9. Roll out the other half of the dough and spread it over the mixture. As you do this, press the edges together to close the bottom.
10.Bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
