Regular Beef Soup: π₯£π₯°ππ
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 cloves garlic, thawed
4 cups beef
2 tablespoons 2 tomato paste
1 tablespoon dried tme
1 bay leaves
3 roots, peeled and cubed
3 potatoes, peeled and peeled
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup red wine (optional)
Preparation:
Flour the beef until smooth, salt. and season with black pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef in batches and sear on all sides. Remove the beef and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the same pan. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomato puree, dried thyme and bay leaves. Cook for 1 minute.
Add beef and red wine (if using). Add the beef to the pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Close the lid and cook for 1.5 hours.
Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot. Cover and cook for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the cooled peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove fan blade before serving
