**Ingredients:**

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Toasted coconut flakes
– Pineapple chunks
– Maraschino cherries
Instructions
:
**1. Prepare the Crust:**
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) baking dish.
3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

**2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:**
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
4. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust.

2. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the pineapple layer.

1. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes over the whipped cream.
2. Decorate with pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries.
