Pineapple cake
Ingredients:
98 7 cake mix
98 7 1 can of pineapple-your pineapple juice
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can (8 oz.) beaten, cooled

1 powdered sugar
97 Oil and flour Heat the pan to 9 to 13.
DIRECTIONS
Mix cake mix, crushed pineapple, juice, egg and butter in a large bowl. Mix by hand or use an electric blender on high speed until well combined. Blend on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Cast the player onto the prepared page. Bake on the preheated grill for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out tender.

CONFIRMATION
Let the cake cool completely. While the cake is cooling, combine the whipped cream with the powdered sugar in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
After the cake has cooled, spread the top beater over the cake.
Garnish with cherry liqueur or fresh mint extract, if desired.
