Peach pie Peach pie
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 /2 1 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped peas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup canned corn
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk

Preheat the oven to 175 °. Heat to C. Grease and flour a pan.
Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, making sure each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the cream, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
Mix vanilla extract and dessert paste.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then place it on a rack to cool completely.
Prepare the glaze by mixing the canned peas with powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Pour the mixture onto the cooled cake.
