PARMESAN GARLIC CREAM SAUCE… A delicious complete meal in one! ๐

Boneless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
200 g fresh baby spinach
4 garlic, crushed
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chicken

1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons butter
Young potatoes, with skin on, halved or quartered, depending on size

Season the chicken with a teaspoon of Italian herbs, salt and pepper.In a skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook the spinach until wilted. Remove 3/4 of the spinach and place in a baking dish. Keep the rest as you will add it to the top of the bowl later. Scatter half of the chopped tomatoes over the spinach.
In the same pan, add a tablespoon of butter and fry the chicken, remove it and place the spinach and tomatoes on top.Add another tablespoon of butter to the pan and sautรฉ the garlic, paprika and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning for 1 minute, then add the potatoes and continue to sautรฉ for a few minutes. Take out the potatoes and place them around the chicken pieces. Arrange the spinach and remaining tomatoes around the chicken and potatoes.
Finally, add the broth, cream, chili flakes and parmesan to the pan, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and pour over the chicken and potatoes in the prepared dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 190ยฐC/375ยฐF for 30 minutes.Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
