No-Bake Cheesecake in a Jar
INGREDIENTS
1 package crushed tennis cookies
500 g cream cheese
250 g fresh cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons gelatin
4 tablespoons boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt the butter, add the crushed cookies, place the cookies in each glass.
Mix boiling water with gelatin, stir until gelatin dissolves, allow to cool slightly.
Filling
Beat the fresh cream for about 3 minutes until it forms a firm mass.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Electric mixer or spatula
. Divide or pipe about 1/2 cup of filling evenly into each serving glass
. Place toppings and garnishes on top of filling
