**Ingredients:**
– 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 small red onion, finely chopped
– 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
