Ingredients:
For the Lasagna Roll-Ups:
- 10 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:

- Add Sauce and Cheese:
- Pour 1 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the baking dish, spreading it evenly.

- Top each roll-up with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake:
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.

- Serve:
