Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 small onion, diced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup milk
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 bag (22-26 oz) frozen crinkle-cut French fries
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Cook the Ground Beef:**
– In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

3. **Add Vegetables:**
– Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
