Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN:
• 2 pounds chicken thighs, cut into small pieces

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons ketchup

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

STEP 1: PREPARE CHICKEN
1. Season chicken: In a large bowl, season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
2. Bread the chicken: Add cornstarch and all-purpose flour to the chicken. Stir until chicken pieces are evenly coated.
