Mixed Platter with Vegetables, Shrimp, Sausage, and Beef

 

 

Ingredients:

– **1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined**
– **1 pound beef cubes**
– **4 sausages (your choice)**
– **2 ears of corn, cut into chunks**
– **1 cup cherry tomatoes**
– **1 cup broccoli florets**
– **1 cup baby potatoes, halved**
– **1 cup carrot chunks**
– **1 head of garlic, halved horizontally**
– **3 tablespoons olive oil**
– **1 teaspoon paprika**
– **1 teaspoon garlic powder**
– **1 teaspoon onion powder**
– **1 teaspoon dried thyme**
– **1 teaspoon dried rosemary**
– **Salt and pepper to taste**
– **Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)**

1. **Preheat Oven**:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. **Prepare the Vegetables**:
– In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes, carrot chunks, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, corn chunks, and halved garlic with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, dried thyme, and rosemary.
– Spread the vegetables out on a large baking sheet.

3. **Season the Beef and Shrimp**:
– In a separate bowl, toss the beef cubes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
– In another bowl, toss the shrimp with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. **Cook the Vegetables and Beef**:
– Roast the vegetables in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
– After 15 minutes, add the beef cubes to the baking sheet with the vegetables and roast for another 15 minutes.

5. **Cook the Shrimp and Sausages**:
– Add the shrimp and sausages to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the sausages are heated through.

6. **Serve**:
– Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer everything to a large serving platter.
– Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
