Creamy Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:

- 2 kg fresh pumpkin, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Pumpkin: Peel and cube the pumpkin.
