Ingredients:

– 4 salmon fillets
– 1/4 cup honey
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. **Prepare the Marinade:**
– In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

2. **Marinate the Salmon:**
– Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
– Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring that each fillet is well-coated.
– Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

3. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

4. **Bake the Salmon:**
– Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
– Place the marinated salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
– Pour any remaining marinade over the salmon.

5. **Broil for a Perfect Finish:**
