Homemade Caramel Cake
*Ingredients:

• 2 + 1/2 C.F all-purpose flour sifter that I sifted before using.
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
• 2 degrees Celsius normal sugar.
• 2 sticks unsalted butter.• 1 degree Celsius water.
• 1 teaspoon baking powder.
• 1/2 degree Celsius quark.
• 2 large whole eggs.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.Frozen ingredients:
• 3°C granulated sugar.
• About 1/2°C melted butter.
• 1°C thick cream.
• A pinch of sea salt.
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.*Production:
• Step 1 – Prepare two 9-inch cake pans by greasing them with butter and dusting them with a little flour.
• Step 2 – In a large bowl, sift 2 cups + 2 tons of flour with sea salt.
Add the sugar and stir until well combined.
• Step 3 – In a medium saucepan, combine the butter with the water.
Bring to the boil, then add flour and sugar over it.Beat before mixing.
• Step four: Add baking powder, quark, vanilla extract and eggs and mix until everything is smooth and well incorporated.
• Step 5 – Pour the mixture onto the baking sheets.
• Step 6 – Bake for 25 minutes and check the cake after about 15 minutes.
If the tester comes out clean, the cake is ready. Just be careful not to overbake it.• Step 7: Remove the utensils from the oven and let them cool on a rack for thirty minutes. Then place the layers on the parchment-lined racks until they cool completely.

How to Make Magic Caramel Frosting:
• Step 1 – Place 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar, butter, cream and a pinch of salt in a large pot.
• Step 2 – Bring to a boil over low heat and then pour the syrup into another pot.
• Step 3 – Meanwhile, place ½ cup sugar in a small saucepan and melt over medium heat until amber.
This sugar doesn’t stir, so you’ll need to rotate the pan every few minutes to better distribute the sugar.This is the sugar syrup you add to the casserole.
• Step 4 – Cook over medium to medium heat, stirring constantly to blend the syrup until about the height of a smooth ball.
• Step 5: Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and let cool for about 15 minutes.
• Step 6: Beat alternately on medium speed with a large stand mixer or use a hand mixer on medium speed and beat until fluffy, about 20 minutes.
Note: If the garnish comes together too quickly or too thick, you should add a little more cream.Enjoy !
