This soup started with a broth. I started with shrimp and lobster shells and put them in the freezer until I had enough to make a quart of stock. Saute onion and garlic, add some diced tomatoes or whatever you have on hand

. Now go ahead and add whatever you have on hand. I added half a kilo of mussels, some shrimp, some pieces of swordfish, some pieces of lobster, some red potatoes, a small amount of kielbasa pieces and some carrots.
In other words, I used everything I had in the freezer and fridge and the taste was
wonderful. Old-fashioned cooking is the way to go.Without measuring…
