hese Crab Cake Egg Rolls are a seafood lover’s dream!

Crispy and flavorful, they make for an amazing appetizer or snack.
Ingredients:
1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten
12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly away from you. Seal the edge with a little beaten egg. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add the egg rolls, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the cooked egg rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
