Golden Crispy Chicken Tenders

1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound chicken breast cut into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs

1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
☆Instructions:
Preparation: The oven preheat to 375°F (190°C).Topping: In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Place the beaten eggs in another shallow bowl and spread the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.

Dredge: Dip each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs and finally coat evenly with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.
Fry: Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.Baking: Place the fried chicken strips on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve: Serve the crispy chicken strips hot with your favorite sauce.
