Ingredients:

  • For the Brownies:

    • 1 cup evaporated milk
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 3 egg yolks, beaten
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Batter:
    • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
    • Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the Brownies:
