Recipe for traditional bread with herbs and garlic
INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
280 ml (9.46 fl oz) Warm water
10 g (0.35 oz) Sugar

5 g (0.18 oz) Yeast
370 g ( 13 oz) Flour
10 g (0.35 oz) Salt
40 ml (1.35 fl oz) oil
For the herb and garlic mixture:

15 g (½ oz) parsley (finely chopped)
15 g (½ oz) dill (finely chopped)
60 g (2 oz) garlic (chopped)
50 ml (⅕ cup) oil
40 g (1.4 oz) Parmesan cheese (grated)

75 g (2.65 oz) melted butter
For the topping:
150 g (5.3 oz) cream cheese
2 whole toasted Garlic cloves
1 red onion (thinly sliced)

20 ml (0.7 fl oz) Oil
8 g (0.29 oz) Salt
5 g (0.18 oz) Black Pepper
10 g (0.35 oz) Spring Onion (chopped)
10 g (0.35 oz) Parsley (chopped)
30 g (1 oz) Parmesan Cheese ( for sprinkling)
40 g (1.4 oz) mozzarella cheese (grated)
Additional ingredients:
Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)

INSTRUCTIONS:
.Activate the yeast:
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes until foamy. . Prepare the dough:
- Mix the activated yeast mixture with flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Knead the ingredients until a soft dough forms.• Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size. . Prepare the herb and garlic mixture:
- In a separate bowl, combine chopped parsley, dill, minced garlic, oil, grated Parmesan and melted butter. Put aside.
.Assemble Bread:
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the herb and garlic mixture evenly over the dough.
. Shape and place in the mold:
- You can roll the dough into a log and cut it into pieces or leave it whole.
- Place the shaped dough in a greased 26 cm (10)24-inch baking pan. . Sprinkle with Parmesan:
- Sprinkle the top of the dough with additional Parmesan cheese.
. Prepare Topping:
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed roasted garlic cloves, thinly sliced red onion, oil, salt, black pepper, chopped scallions, chopped parsley, grated mozzarella and additional Parmesan cheese. .Mix well.
. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). . Cover and bake:
- Spread the prepared cheese and vegetable mixture over the dough.• Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
