Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced (any variety like button, cremini, or a mix)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Optional: A splash of white wine

Instructions:
- Cook the Mushrooms: In a large pot, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are browned and have released their moisture, about 10 minutes.
