Ingredients:

  • 1 lb imitation crab meat (surimi), chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup green onions, sliced
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Chop the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces.
    • Dice the celery, bell pepper, and slice the green onions.
  2. Make the Dressing:
